Summary
- Team-oriented. I’m a competitive type. I perform best when surrounded and challenged by other top performers. Right now, I feel I missing a team.
- Pioneering. Requires going where others may not have gone before. I thrive on the opportunity to be resourceful and creative.
- People-oriented. Requires working with people to solve their complex and high-value problems. My success is predicated on the success of my customers or my team
- Ethical. Adds value to people’s lives. Would make me proud to represent
- Project-oriented. Clear achievement milestones. I like to be able to celebrate a job well done with my team and my stakeholders.
- Lucrative. Total compensation upon meeting targets needs to be solidly in the six-figure range. The roles that get me excited are entrepreneurial ones where there is a strong financial incentive for achieving performance targets and an equity component that focuses on the end-game.
- Travel. My happy place is with my customers, not in a cubicle. I currently live in Vancouver, Canada and would prefer to not move. I’ll go to wherever my customers need me to go and spend as much time as I need to with them, so travel is not an issue.
